The position is embedded in Barry Callebaut Ghana’s local sourcing team, with direct reporting to the Traceability Coordinator. The candidate would manage and coordinate field activities with respect to traceability issues. This role is field based and will be reporting to the Traceability Coordinator – Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate activities of Warehouse Manager/ Traceability Officers on Traceability

Offer technical backstopping to traceability staff within his/her zone of operation

Analyze traceability data and share results with the team

Be the K-App point of contact in the field and ensure appropriate entries

Available to assist field team whenever needed on App issues

Plan visits to assigned districts to supervise activities of Warehouse Manager/ Traceability Officers
