Trade Compliance Analyst Responsible for supporting all activities related to the company’s international trade compliance, ensuring the proper application of programs and regulations (IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT certification, and Anexo 24/30), as well as correct document management, control of import/export operations, and the handling of returns and fixed‑asset controls.
Responsibilities - Analyze and authorize weekly and monthly consolidated customs declarations (V1, RT, IN, A1), validating information and documentary consistency.
- Prepare invoices and support the authorization of customs declarations F4 and F5 , ensuring alignment with both commercial and customs data.
- Prepare the Value Declaration (MVE) by applying the relevant criteria and ensuring supporting documentation is complete.
