Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Process and handle Trade Finance products, including Import/Export Documentation, Letter of Credit (LC) Issuance, and Import Financing.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with established operating procedures and compliance requirements.
- Meet daily processing deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Adhere to departmental SOPs, bank policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform trade sanctions screening, LLI checks, IMB checks, identify potential red flags, and escalate issues in accordance with bank procedures.
- Escalate operational risk incidents promptly and appropriately.
- Respond to client enquiries professionally and provide guidance on trade finance matters.
- Liaise with clients to clarify instructions and obtain complete documentation prior to transaction execution.
