Job Description

Role: Trade Marketing Manager

Location: Chennai

Experience: 5– 10 years (FMCG Trade Marketing)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute brand activations (sampling, stalls, colleges, malls, RWAs).
  • Drive trade promotions, retailer schemes, display contests, and visibility programs.
  • Manage merchandising, POSM/POP, FSUs, and in-store branding.
  • Coordinate outdoor branding (hoardings, bus branding, wall paintings).
  • Manage field teams, promoters, and activation agencies.
  • Conduct market visits to ensure execution quality and gather insights.

    • Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years’ experience in FMCG trade marketing / BTL / activations.
  • Strong GT & MT exposure.
  • Proven vendor and field team management skills.
