As a Mandarin Speaking Trade Sales Support team member at CARTERS Onehunga, your role is pivotal in providing essential sales support and coordination with our Account Managers and the wider team to ensure orders are ordered and delivered on time to our trade customers. Servicing our Asian business segment, this dynamic position requires you to excel as a versatile sales administrator as each day brings unique challenges.

About the role
Alongside your team, you will:

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly resolve any arising issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with transportation partners to arrange prompt and efficient delivery to our trade customers.

  • Diligently track backorders to ensure comprehensive follow-up and fulfilment.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by swiftly identifying suitable products, preparing and loading customer orders, and completing sales documentation accurately.
