Technical Experience

• Hands-on experience supporting market data platforms such as LSEG RTDS, Bloomberg B-pipe, or direct exchange feeds.
• Solid understanding of real-time data distribution, symbology, and entitlement models (e.g. DACS, EMRS).
• Experience supporting mission critical production systems with high availability requirements.
• Familiarity with Linus/Unix environments and scripting(Python/Bash/PowerShell).
• Exposure to AWS or hybrid cloud environments is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Experience with monitoring and automation tools is preferred.
• Any experience with Trader Voice and Voice Recording (IPC, NTR, VFC) would be advantageous.
• Any experience with remote Windows desktop solutions would be useful.
