Trademark Attorney - 5+ Years

Our client is a major firm, seeking a trademark associate for its highly-regarded Trademark & Copyright Team in New York, Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Menlo Park, Seattle, Walnut Creek, Washington, DC, and Winston-Salem offices. The salary range for this position is expected to be between $280k to $350k.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of domestic and international trademark prosecution experience.
• Experience with TTAB and opposition proceedings, global anti-counterfeiting enforcement.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; team focused.
• Strong academic credentials.
