A fast growing financial services group is seeking a Trading and Settlements Director to help lead and build out its trading operations, post trade workflow, risk system oversight and execution support infrastructure across a multi asset investment environment.

This is a senior operational role sitting between portfolio managers, traders, brokers, prime brokers, technology, operations, compliance and senior management.

The role is not a pure trading position, nor is it a pure technology, legal or compliance role. It is best suited to someone who understands the full trade lifecycle and can help build, manage and control the operating framework around execution, portfolio manager onboarding, trading risk structures, settlement oversight and post trade governance.
