Responsibilities
Analyse business processes and functional requirements, perform gap analysis between existing and required solution to drive the delivery of relevant user requirements documentation.
Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement enhancements to the trading systems.
Responsible for Business-as-Usual support of applications including any enhancements projects and production support as well as monitoring.
Work with the users to test, achieve sign-off (UAT), and move the system toward go-live.
Provide day-to-day support to Front Office...
