Job Description
Responsibilities: - Ensure all amendment requests from the business have been accurately processed and verified according to the bank operational procedures and policies
- Ensure no disruption in daily BAU in terms of accuracy and timeliness to meet Service Level Indicator as established with Business
- Ensure timely review of daily reports to ensure prompt action to be taken
- Updating of daily tracker and follow up for status and pending items
- Daily reconciliation between trade matching with counterparties/brokers
- Identify, escape any key risk areas within the process and suggest recommending solutions to mitigate risk
- Update of procedures in response to process or regulatory changes, control guidelines and compliance framework
- Handle Ad-Hoc Project as assigned
