Duties & Responsibilities
. Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers
. Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently
. Assign jobs to drivers according to skillsets as well as ensure efficient fleet management
. Monitor and track jobs progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely
. Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through GPS Tracking System in real time
. Communicate and handle drivers' feedback and problems efficiently
. Process and handle documentations through PSA Portnet System & depot booking through CDAS CMS
. Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer's trucking
. Work closely with Transport Manager to improve and maximize company's resources
. Ensure all truck drivers adhere to all safety instructions & requirements at all time
. Maintain report and calculate trips
. Perform other duties as assigned by superior
