Job Description

  • Controlling customer accounts.
  • Data Entry
  • Customer service
  • Organising of meetings
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Establish a rapport with customers.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and sales support staff to make sure customers receive their orders on time.
  • Updating procedure on the system accurately to make sure all communications are documented.
  • Responding to inquiries from customers and suppliers.
  • Ensuring frequent communication with clients, suppliers, (this includes inbound and outbound calling).
  • General Administration duties
  • Digital Marketing / Website
  • Interest in Design & Print (T-shirt printing / Mog printing)
  • Social Media / Platforms
  • Working on the machinery (full training will be given)
