Responsibilities & Duties
Provide procurement support to the client’s operations in Stanger, KZN. Handle Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes and participate in supplier selection. Negotiate contracts to achieve savings and ensure best total cost of ownership (TCO). Ensure compliance with Purchase Requisitions and Vendor Control procedures. Prepare and process compliant purchase orders within ERP systems (SAP By‑Design). Source products/services and evaluate new vendors. Support departmental savings plans and KPIs. Maintain approved vendor lists and follow Group Contracts Management procedures. Draw outstanding purchase order reports and resolve contract/price queries. File and distribute procurement documentation for easy access and compliance. Communicate supply issues, delays, or risks to stakeholders. Build and maintain professional supplier relationships.
