Conduct outbound calls to providers
To obtain authorization of specific medical procedure or prescription drug and to check on patient’s eligibility, benefits, and coverage
Document the call notes and take appropriate action on the revenue cycle system
To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria
Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree of the following medical allied courses:
