As we continue to grow, we are now strengthening our Reservations team with a Trainee Cruise Sales Consultant in our Ipswich Head Office.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries and reservations in a polite and professional manner.
  • Building and maintaining your own knowledge library on rates, prices and terms of business.
  • Effectively promoting all relevant Fred. Olsen products to customers.
  • Confirming bookings and upselling all relevant products.
  • Selling the Fred. Olsen products and brand to customers.
