Job Description

The University of Helsinki International trainee programme is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master’s programme. 

We are looking for a TRAINEE for Caring labour: A multi-modal study of migrant workers’ care practices and mobilities project funded by Kone Foundation (2025-2027).
 
The duration of a traineeship is from 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026 (four months) of part-time (55%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €852 per month for a part-time (55%) trainee. 

About the position

As a trainee you will be working in the discipline of Sociology with Professor Lena Näre and doctoral researcher Matias Muuronen.
