Compensation

Base salary: £24,250 per annum, plus commission (increasing with promotions).

Responsibilities

• Source mid‑senior candidates in Insurance, Banking, or Technology using cold‑calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking.
• Manage end‑to‑end interview processes: coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate salaries, and secure offers.
• Perform active business development by bringing in new clients through regular meetings, cold‑calling, and providing market insights.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with senior managers, directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 companies.
• Develop your own recruitment business under Gravitas mentorship, support, and training.
