To deliver high‑quality teaching, coaching, and assessment that supports learners to successfully complete their Level 4 and 5 Residential Childcare apprenticeship standards or employer‑based qualifications. The role will ensure all learners receive a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive learning journey, aligned to regulatory requirements and organisational values.
