Job Description

Position Summary

The Trainer is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training for Info-Tech’s Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to internal and external users. This role ensures users can effectively utilize HRMS modules such as Attendance, Payroll, Leave, Claims, LMS, TMS, and more.

Main Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery – Conduct HRMS training sessions for new and existing users. Deliver training for different user groups, e.g. HR, managers, employees, and system administrators. Demonstrate HRMS features, workflows, and best practices in a clear and user-friendly way.
  • Training Materials & Documentation – Develop and update training materials, including slides, user guides, FAQs, quick reference guides, and training videos. Ensure all training content is aligned with the latest HRMS features and system updates. Customize training materials based on client or company policies and requirements.
