Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrollment, attendance and assessment records via the system(s).
  • Process training administration from pre‑ to post‑programme activities, including coordination with internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
  • Attend to enquiries and appeals in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Adhere to existing SOPs, procedures and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and support external audit.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.
  • Other ad‑hoc projects may be required.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma holder.
  • One to two years of administrative working experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Must uphold a strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information.
