The Role


  • Day-to-day development and training of all staff

  • Identify knowledge gaps within the firm

  • Develop and deliver a smooth onboarding process

  • Create and deliver training material on all business applications

  • Facilitate workshops presenting information and one-on-one learning

  • Develop and execute a bespoke induction journey

  • Administer data retention and integrity for client lifecycle

  • Contribute to the development of best practice business systems and processes
