What will I be doing?

• Working with the Health, Safety & Transport Training Manager, ensuring that the training content, course material and course delivery are of a high standard.
• Arrange and deliver practical and engaging health, safety & transport training.
• Build strong and positive relationship with key stakeholders to ensure full participation and attendance to all training courses to raise the safety standards within SUEZ R&R.
• Provide & maintain training data.
• Assist in the analysis of performance data (including incidents) to identify improvements to existing learning approaches and packages.
• Maintaining a professional qualification to deliver Health, Safety and Transport training, and ensure that all training and assessments comply with relevant statutory regulations and internally set guidelines and standards.
