As the Training & Quality Manager , you will oversee all aspects of training delivery and quality assurance within our BPO operations, ensuring that both training and QA functions are aligned to client expectations, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. This individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross‑functional teams to design, implement, monitor, and enhance training and quality programs that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
