Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
• Ensuring that quality management and Training system are established, implemented and maintained.
• Reports on performance of the quality management system and Training to management for review and corrective action, including needs for improvement;
• Promotes the awareness of customer requirements and expectations throughout the company;
• Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation and administration of the quality management system;
• Liaises with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system and Training;
• Coordinates with other section to ensure the effective implementation of the quality management system and Training;
• Ensures that quality surveillance audits are carried out regularly as specified in the quality manual
