The Training Assistant will support the Training Manager to provide high standards of training across the site to address and remove skills gaps and ensure operatives are skilled and competent to carry out their role.
Your main accountabilities will be to:
- Support the Training Manager in providing high standards of training across the factory floor to fill skills gaps and ensure operatives are skilled and competent to carry out their role
- Work with the Training Manager to support Team Leaders & level 3 operatives in reviewing teams training needs and training plans
- Regularly conduct induction sessions for the new starters
- Report any concerns to the Training Manager where observed levels of training from those carrying out training i.e. Level 3s or TLs do not meet the high standard expected
