- Working Location: Lavender
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Key Responsibilities - Provide strategic leadership and direction for the academy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop academic, training, sales, and administrative teams to foster a high-performance and accountable culture.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training centre, ensuring operational excellence and a positive learner experience from enrolment through graduation.
