Position: Training Consultant
Duration: 18+ months
Description: This role will be the training lead, supporting the change management lead for the OMP program. This individual will be responsible for synthesizing the change impacts by persona into training strategies and plans, developing course outlines, creating training materials (ex. FAQs, VILT) or engagement (eg. overview presentations, stakeholder update presentations), managing the review/approval cycles of said materials, and managing themselves against project milestones. This role requires someone organized, highly adaptable, able to jump in and learn new tools/systems, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
