Overview

Project Selborne is a transformational training programme aimed at modernising Royal Navy training. The Training Delivery Instructor (Electrical and Mechanical Workshops) will deliver practical workshop techniques to Royal Navy students in Phase2 and 3 career courses. The role is term‑time only (45 weeks per year) with holidays at Christmas, Easter and August. Salary is pro‑rated based on a full‑time equivalent of £40,000, with statutory leave and bank holidays. Eligibility for UK Security Clearance at SC level is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical workshop techniques to Royal Navy students in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Teach up to 16 students per class.
• Work collaboratively with Learning & Development and a team of 10 instructors.
• Support continuous improvement and learning initiatives.
