Job Description

- Experience in automotive training is a MUST
Responsibilities - Assess the company's current activities and future goals to determine training requirements and gaps.
- Create and execute training programs (technical, non-technical, and product-specific) based on identified needs, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
- Lead customer-centric sessions, ICT Service Technician/Senior Technician training, HVT Training, and certifications to enhance staff competency and reduce turnaround time.
- Update training literature and manuals, procure and maintain training equipment, and oversee training-related assets.
- Partner with departments to address process and procedural gaps and facilitate ad-hoc events
