Identify, train, and develop new officersDesign, deliver, and evaluate training materialsDevelop and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs to enable supervisors to conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT), lead Safety & Security Induction Courses (SSIC), and deliver other ad-hoc training as neededCreate and maintain post ordersConduct training assessments and evaluationsPrepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on training progress and statusDevelop, review, and update Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Establish and enforce standards for officer code of conductProvide on-site, face-to-face training support as required
