Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and implementation of Skills Enhancement Training Courses that aim to bridge diagnosed performance gap(s)
• Conducts Training Results Evaluation
• Assists the Assistant Training Manager in the development and delivery of Seller Programs for all Sales Channels being supported
• Performing Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to further improve training programs
• Conducts regular New Recruit On-boarding Training
• Ensures that all Training programs delivered are appropriately documented
• Assists the Assistant Training Manager in the preparation of Training Plans to be presented for approval
• Assist in the implementation of approved Seller Engagement programs
• Create and translate Training presentations into computer-based training programs/e-learning modules using the Learning Management System (LMS)
