The Training & Operations Support Specialist is a field-based, travel-focused training professional within the Friedman Training Department. This role supports employee development, onboarding, performance improvement, and operational consistency across the multifamily portfolio.
Working closely with onsite teams, Regional Managers, and corporate departments, this role is responsible for delivering hands-on training, reinforcing organizational standards, supporting new hire integration, and assisting employees in the practical application of company systems, policies, and procedures. The specialist serves as a direct extension of the Training Department, ensuring training initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained at the property level.
