To generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and promote our training programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow through learning.Responsibilities & Accountabilities Commercial
Make outbound calls/meets to potential clients to promote training programs and services.Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress using Salesforce systems.Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align messaging and offerings.Product Knowledge
