Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, hybrid, and is a contract position.

What You'll Do:

• Learn and master HASTUS to provide ongoing support to Digital Modernization (DM) and the Bus & Rail Scheduling Operations teams


• Design, develop, and deliver technical training across multiple formats, including classroom, video, CBTs, and seminars


• Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and online resources (CBTs)
