Top Must-Have Skillsets:• Instructional design + ADDIE – can build across modalities (eLearning, ILT, microlearning, job aids) and make smart modality choices, not just execute
• Articulate 360 / Rise proficiency – the core authoring toolkit
• LMS fluency – experience publishing to and managing content in an LMS (Cornerstone preferred)
• Project management / stakeholder management – can juggle multiple workstreams, manage SMEs, and hit deadlines independently
• Data / measurement – tracks learning metrics, uses feedback loops, can evaluate program effectiveness (Qualtrics or similar)
Top Nice-to-Have Skills:• Video/animation tools – Vyond, Synthesia, or basic video editing
