I. Position Summary





The Training Specialist will design, create, and implement the training needs of the UMass President s Office Administration & Finance function and customers of the Administrative and Finance Shared Services departments, the works constitute deployment existing training to end users while developing new training job aids and instructional videos in alignment with Title II accessibility requirements.





II. Essential Functions











Create and deliver new training needs while delivering existing training programs on UMass policies, financial, travel, budget, and procurement tools and procedures while ensuring they have the knowledge to meet other Admin & Finance compliance requirements.
