Job Summary
The Transaction Posting Officer is responsible for the prompt processing and monitoring of requests for renewals of fees and charges, temporary credit and any other functions related to account balance adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives all approved requests and ensures timely and accurate posting and adjustments of fees and/or charges
- Ensures that all cases received for adjustment are accounted and resolved
- Processes Call Center referral cases on installment accelerations and transfer of existing installment transaction to corresponding new accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or relevant courses
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience preferably in a credit card company or banking institution
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
