Job Title: Transactions Tax Manager/Senior Manager

We are partnering with a leading professional services firms who are expanding their Transactions Tax teams.

Transactions Tax team works across Buy-side and sell-side Tax Due Diligence, Tax Structuring, Funds flow analysis, Tax modelling, SPA review, Listings and carve-outs.

This role offers exposure to high-profile international transactions while working alongside globally connected tax specialists and deal advisers.
