Job Description

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric Qualification
  • Paralegal Qualification would be an advantage
  • At least 5 years working experience in similar role
  • Sound knowledge of Lexis Convey & AJS
  • Ability to attend to standard queries raised by both Seller and Purchasers
  • Deal competently with Agents queries
  • Sound accounting background
  • Good letter writing capability & drafting skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effectively diarize and administer the various procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Ability to cope with volume
  • Ability to prioritize / manage deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Methodical and well organized
  • Key Performance Areas
    1. Processing of instructions
    2. Compiling accurate records of source of instructions
    3. Reporting to clients
