The KSA Transform Care Digital Program Director role is a position responsible for driving the digital transformation of healthcare delivery within company’s Transform Care program, positioning Saudi as a Lighthouse for MEA. The role focuses on defining and executing the digital health strategy and roadmap for Saudi and MEA—aligning global goals with local healthcare priorities. Acting as the bridge between global, regional, and local stakeholders, the Transform Care Lead collaborates with Commercial IT, medical, commercial, and government partners to introduce innovative digital solutions that improve patient outcomes and system efficiency.
