- Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
- Translate enterprise strategy into clear project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
- Ensure initiatives deliver targeted value (financial, operational, customer experience).
- Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
2. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and coach a team of transformation specialists, providing guidance on methodologies, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct regular reviews to monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support team development through training in Lean, Agile, design thinking, data-driven decision-making, and change management.
