Overall Job Responsibility
The Strategy And Planning Division's Primary Role Is To - Support SG Enable (SGE) management to shape, develop and implement the strategy for SGE and the disability sector, in line with the Enabling Masterplan
- Build the disability ecosystem through thought leadership, data-driven research, and a strong understanding of the international landscape for disability services
- Enable a strong corporate governance culture in SGE by managing organisational performance and supporting the Board in its fiduciary duties
Duties and Responsibilities
Transformation Agenda & Strategic Planning - Develop and maintain a prioritised transformation agenda for SGE, translating the 5 Year Enterprise Plan into a structured roadmap of initiatives
- Assess and evaluate competing transformation priorities across business units, facilitating leadership decisions on sequencing and resource allocation
