The Transformer Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all site activities related to power transformer installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance for HVDC projects . The role ensures work is executed safely, in compliance with project specifications, OEM requirements, quality standards, and schedule commitments.
Key Responsibilities Site Supervision & Execution - Supervise installation, erection, oil handling, testing, and commissioning of HVDC converter transformers, smoothing reactors, and auxiliary transformers .
- Ensure all transformer-related works comply with approved drawings, method statements, OEM manuals, and project specifications .
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities with civil, electrical, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor manpower, tools, and materials to ensure efficient execution of works.
