Transmission / IP Network Engineer Main Responsibilities
. Responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of transmission and IP network equipment. . Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers. . Monitor network performance and handle alarms, faults, and service issues in a timely manner. . Perform routine maintenance, health checks, and preventive maintenance activities. . Escalate and coordinate major incidents to ensure service restoration within SLA requirements. . Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation. . Support network upgrades and configuration changes when required. Main Requirements
. Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines. .
