A local authority in the North East is seeking an Interim Transport Planner to support their Transport Planning team during a period of increased workload. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a consultancy background to move into the public sector environment and play a key role in shaping development proposals across the region.

You'll be responsible for assessing planning applications from a highways and transportation perspective, reviewing developer submissions and providing technical advice to planning colleagues and stakeholders.
