Job Responsibilities - Initiate transportation workflows once shipments are document‑ready.
- Coordinate routing, booking, dispatching, and carrier assignment.

- Track shipments through Control Tower or TMS platforms.
- Update shipment milestones accurately and promptly.
- Monitor border crossings, port movements, and inland transport activities.
- Respond quickly to delays, exceptions, or operational disruptions.
