The GBS Process Improvement & Analytics Lead is responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining a standardized continuous improvement (CI) and performance management capability across the Global Business Services (GBS) Source to Pay (S2P) organization. The role serves as the horizontal engine for transformation, enabling the GBS Source to Pay (S2P) function to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience through Lean Daily Management, analytics, process redesign, and automation enablement.
