Responsibilities

• Understanding customers' needs and advising them on their boat search. Find the best deals for our customers by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat boat owners. No cold calling, only warm leads already in your pipeline.
• Maximizing the conversion rate by applying Sales strategies, and accompanying customers throughout the sales process until its conclusion, providing them with all the information relating to their booking.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they think of Click&Boat the next time they go sailing.

You will have a reachable annual target, which may be distributed on a monthly and/or four-monthly basis. Over-performance is rewarded.
