Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Cruise Specialist to provide a smooth travel booking experience for our retail customers. The Travel Consultant will be part of our Cruise Arena team. This role involves promoting a variety of cruise lines (Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Disney Cruise Line and more) and associated sailings (FIT and groups) via multiple channels (email, text messages, and phone). You will leverage on our extensive industry partnerships and comprehensive product offerings to deliver exceptional customer service.
