Amex GBT is recruiting a Travel Consultant for our U.S. Military and Government team, based in Chicago, IL. What You'll Do Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation. Ensure reservations comply with client standards and preferences. Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations to enhance the travel experience. Handle a wide range of bookings, from simple to complex multi‐destination trips, ticket exchanges, and non‐standard fares. Make changes or solve any issues that arise before or during travel assignments, managing both routine and non‐routine work.
